after removing leaky capacitor, the reverse bias reading should be like this

Procedure/Solution

1. flash phone via usb with v10.12

 















 2. after  flashing phone, it is still vibrating

 3. flash to v9.10,the phone powers on but just hang on nokia logo

4. Flash again with v 10.12
