How to Hard Reset LG X Charge

 

First method:

1. If the LG X Charge is turned on, use the Power key in order to switch it off.
2. Afterwards press and hold the Volume Down + Power button together for a couple of seconds.
3. When the LG logo is pops release the Power key, keep holding the Volume Down and after 2 seconds hold down once more the Power button.
4. As soon as the Factory Mode shows up release both keys.
5. In order to confirm process by choose appropriate options using Volume rockers to navigate and the Power button to confirm.
6. You have to wait until the LG Welcome Panel pops up.

Second method:

1. At the very beginning make sure that LG X Charge is turned on.
2. In the next step form the Home Screen find and select Settings.
3. Then select General and then Backup & Reset.
4. After that, tap Factory Data Reset and Reset Phone.
5. Finally, choose Delete All if you are sure you want to clear all your data.
6. Now the smartphone is erasing all personal data and customized settings.
