How to Hard Reset Samsung Galaxy Note8


1st method:
  1. Turn off the SAMSUNG Galaxy Note8 by holding down the Power button.
  2.  Press and hold together: Volume Up + Bixby + Power key for a couple of seconds.
  3. Release held keys as soon as you can see the Samsung logo.
  4. The Installing System Update and No Command screen should pop up. Wait a few seconds until this Blue Screen disappear.
  5. After that select "wipe data / factory reset" using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm.
  6. Then choose "Yes -- delete all user data" to confirm the whole operation
  7. Now the device is formatting itself.
  8. When the Recovery Mode menu appears again select option "reboot system now".
  9. Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.
2nd method:
  1. Start by turninng on the device by holding down the Power button.
  2. From the Home Screen go to Menu and then to Settings.
  3. Afterwards find and select Backup & Reset .
  4. Tap Factory Data Reset and then Reset device.
  5. To confirm your choice select Erase everything.
